Lindenhurst 35, Patchogue-Medford 14: Hunter DeRonde, Louis Drago and Jacob Burmeister all picked off one pass each and Ryan Murgatroyd recovered a fumble to help lead Lindenhurst (2-0) in Suffolk I. Burmesiter Murgatroyd also caught a touchdown pass from Mikey Russo, who threw two touchdowns in total, including one to Jacob Burmeister's brother, Alex Burmeister. Ryan Andreone went 5-for-5 on PATs. Russo finished with 180 passing yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.
